Rene began his career in 1985 in corporate office and industrial real estate and came to South Florida in 1991 as Vice President of the Industrial Division at CB Commercial, now CBRE. At Codina Group, he led office and industrial brokerage and ground-up development across northern Miami-Dade and Broward, delivering and leasing the 420,000 SF Port 95 Distribution Center near Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
